HISTORY

Our Beginnings

Initially founded as Finger & Moy Architects in 1981 by Ron Finger and Stan Moy, FMG Architects has provided architectural services throughout California for 38 years. Some of our early projects include the historic San Francisco City Hall renovation and the BART to SFO Extension.

Our Firm

Our staff of 17 includes eight registered architects and two registered engineers. We recently completed design services during construction for the BART Warm Springs/South Fremont Station and completed design for the new Long Term Parking Garage No. 2 at SFO, as a joint-venture. We have offices in Oakland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. FMG is a 100% minority and woman-owned business.

Our Future

We continue to thrive because of our strong client relationships, creativity, and advancements in technology. From designing state-of-the-art stations, to enabling accessibility for users with disabilities, our team continues to deliver solutions that transform the user experience for transportation in California.
