This design, build, operate and maintain (DBOM) light rail project is a 33.8 mile alignment corridor programmed to utilize existing track and right-of-way. It is being constructed to serve communities situated along the Delaware River between Trenton and Camden providing a vital link for commuter access to Philadelphia, Northern New Jersey and New York.
S.F. MUNI Third Street Light Rail

Projected growth and the need for a direct connection from the Bayview/Hunters Point District to Union Square and Chinatown required development of designs for the seven mile surface and subway light rail line consisting of 18 street level platforms and five subway stations.
The Embarcadero Replacement Project

As the architectural consultant to the EIR/EIS team FMG Architects addressed areas of potential concern including possible reduction in views of the San Francisco Ferry Building, Justin Herman Plaza, the view looking south toward the Bay Bridge, the view looking north toward Alcatraz and the general loss of view of the Bay.
