The 6 level parking structure will house approximately 2,500 cars will provide parking for several transit systems as well as the community. |

The Parking Structure is located near a major sports facility and redevelopment area. This area is envisioned to be very modern and high tech. The parking structure is designed to be visually compatable with both the sports facility and the proposed development. The 9 level structure will house approximately 2500 cars and it will serve the parking needs for the area as well as multiple transit systems. |

FMG Architects provided project management services as part of a design-build team for a seven-level parking structure that will accommodate approximately 7,000 vehicles, making it the second largest on the west coast. The project includes a two-story customer service building, parking management offices, garage entry and exit plazas, and at-grade parking. Additionally, the project will include state of the art parking revenue control system and the parking management office. AS well as serving as the project manager for the parking garage, FMG architects was responsible for the oversight of all design consultants. |

BART South San Francisco Parking Structure The South San Francisco Station and Parking Structure will occupy 15 acres of land, between El Camino Real and Mission Road. Passengers are able to reach the Parking Structure via Hickey Boulevard Extension and a new access street. The Parking structure design features a three level building with very distinct stair and elevator towers that act as a point of attraction with their colorful slanted walls and curved canopies. |

The San Bruno Station and Parking Structure are located on Huntington Avenue, occupying 12 acres immediately adjacent to Tanforan Park Shopping Center. The Parking Structure design features a five level building with bus transfer bays and police parking at the ground level. The structure is connected to the new BART San Bruno Police Station by a pedestrian bridge at the second level. |

This proposed 60,000 s.f., 4-story, Type I, Steel Frame medical office building, to be located on a prominent corner site in Redwood City, CA., contains 60 provider offices, an ambulatory service center, four operating rooms, a mammography unit, a pharmacy and a health education facility. Adjacent to the facility is a 6 story parking facility. |
