The 4-story, 60,000 s.f. Type I, Steel Frame office building, to be located on a prominent corner site, contains 60 provider offices, an ambulatory service center, four operating rooms, a mammography unit, a pharmacy and a health education facility.

The project included a 40,000 s.f. class 100 clean room.

This high-tech manufacturing facility houses testing/production labs, assembly, receiving, packaging/shipping areas, an employee cafeteria, and engineering/technical support offices. The production floor is serviced by a specialized ceiling grid which permits flexibility in the distribution of utilities.
