State Office Building
San Francisco, CA

This elegant 14-story, $225 million, multi-functional building houses 1.2 million s.f. of facilities and offices directly related to the Supreme Court of California, which occupies the adjacent historic and recently restored structure at 350 McAllister Street. As a part of San Francisco’s classic Civic Center, this integrated complex of two buildings helps to complete the urban context envisioned by past generations and currently supported by the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency. Stan Moy, a principal of FMG, is the President of the State Office Building Authority responsible for the selection of consultants, for management of financing, and for overseeing the design and construction of the project.
